A focused, personal lesson tailored entirely to you. Ideal for players who want to move at their own pace, review specific rules, or get up to speed before joining a league.

Everything but the venue.
All tiles, mats, racks, NMJL cards, and printed instruction materials are included in your lesson fee. Tables and chairs can be rented for an additional fee if needed.

Location
Lessons take place at your location of choice. A travel fee may apply for locations beyond 8 miles from zip code 75208. Prefer to be hosted? Sarah can arrange lessons at a variety of Oak Cliff venues.
Format
Primarily in-person. Virtual lessons via Zoom can be arranged for groups that need a remote option.
Rules Taught
All lessons are taught using National Mah Jongg League (NMJL) rules — the most widely played American mahjong format. Broken down in a way that actually makes sense.
Equipment
Tiles, mats, racks, cards, and instructions are all included. If your venue needs tables and chairs, those can be rented for an additional fee.
